In summer camping of blood donation “Yours five minutes, someone`s entire life”, Institute of blood transfusion in Nis continued and during month of August with collecting of this valuable liquid. In cooperation with Palilula Municipality, this action is 17th of August held in the space of local office “Palilula” from 09 to 13 hours. Except employees in Palilula Municipality blood gave and Prof. Dr. Igor Novakovic, president of Palilula Municipality and Boban Mikic, member of Palilula Council. “I have been personally once in a situation to need blood. I believe that the voluntary blood donation one of the feature that make as humans , because its never know who will need blood” – said Prof. Dr. Igor Novakovic, president of Palilula Municipality. In summer months almost always it is lucks blood so from the Institute of Blood Transfusion in Nis appealed to citizens that also in the summer period show their humanity. “ Now when schools and university don’t work  and when most people are on vacation, we always have problems with supplies of blood. Our teams are everyday on the ground and we are trying to be closer to people who wants to give blood – said Sladjan Stojanovic from the Institute of Blood Transfusion in Nis. Voluntary donors otherwise can give blood from Monday to Friday in the building of Institute, in the Street of Zoran Djindjic number 48 from 8 am to 7 pm, and at Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
